The room we stayed in had a simple yet convenient setup with two queen beds and a nice bathroom.

Convenient and unbeatable setting, I had fine time.

Everything seemed fantastic, very friendly staff, bright rooms. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants and athletic venue, Barrie and shopping centre, gas station, restaurants. I loved being in this place.

Over priced for last minute deal, should be around 110. noisy air conditioning when you arrive it looks like a run down motel at the back of the reception area....terrible for impression. Reception area also looks very unkept whirlpool was not open mattresses not firm enough ice machine at top of stairs on second floor creates a sauna type atmosphere when you come down stairs

Opt for the superior queen room with 2 queen beds for a cozy stay. It's conveniently located near town and the conference area 👌.

Well situated in Alliston ont. Clean a nd cofortable.

I was with the Hems weddig group but did not recieve there rate because when I originally booked I booked on line. This for some reason does give you there rate?. Hard to understand.?? (2) We could not order a full breakfast. We had to settle for a depleated contental breakfast.

The Red Pine Inn was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and check in went smoothly.

They did not honor my caa membership discount because I booked through Booked.net. The contiential breakfast that was included in our room price was pretty sparce.....they did the absolute basic and not a bagel more!

The hotel is clean and conveniently located in its own building near the conference center and Toronto. The staff members were accommodating and helpful, especially the manager. The deluxe room came equipped with a small refrigerator, air conditioning, and an iron.

Good room air conditioning. Reasonable but not great comped breakfast.

Room key cards were set to the wrong room on checking in. Required Multiple trips to sort out access to the building and to the room.

Room was clean

Advertises a continetal breakfast that was terrible. Nothing to choose from. Pool area was poor. Swim get out and leave because the area around the pool was very uncomfortable. Poor value for the money for this hotel.

The venue was clean and the staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city.

Close to Collingwood, which is what we needed. Mattress was very good

Pillows are too soft Fan in bathroom was very noisy Seems a bit shabby.

Friendly admosphere, nice and quite and most important pet friendly.

Basic amenities like air conditioning, an iron, and an electronic key 🗝️ were available. The room was quite peaceful and just right for a comfortable stay.

the location

the bathroom fan was extremely loud, we found small spiders on one of the beds and in the bathroom, the one bed had stained sheets on it. The bathtub did not have a plug for the tub so I was unable to use the tub after a long day.

Best part of the stay was the location in Alliston.

Server in the restaurant was more interested in chatting than in serving. More crucially, I was locked out of my bathroom early in the AM and the response was less than prompt to resolve the problem. The housekeeper eventually managed to open the door and apologized but also mentioned that the locks were 'defective'. The problem with the locks is well known to the staff but I received no warning when I checked nor was there any offer of compensation for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I will not be recommendigpng the Inn and, in fact, have been telling my tale of woe to the 12 friends that I am currently visitin, and who travel in the area.
